Cooperative Programs Among Schools

Cooperation and collaboration is integral to small communities maintaining successful schools. Union-wide curriculum development and technology plans are well underway, an evaluation process for the superintendent and school principals is ongoing. The Central Lincoln County School System Administrative Team, which includes the administrators of Lincoln Academy, meets regularly to identify and collaborate on common issues within the framework of its mission statement which states:
