Or -Register in person at the Union #74 Adult Education
Office, Pine Grove Plaza, Business Rt. 1, Damariscotta.
We cannot accept phone registrations.
Registration
Information
• Class size is limited in many courses. Please
register early
• Registrants with the earliest postmarks will
be given the first slots in the courses
• NO COURSE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT
VIA PHONE OR MAIL. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED ONLY IF THERE
ARE ANY PROGRAM CHANGES OR IF THE COURSE IS FULL
• Scholarships and fee reductions are available
upon request.
Payment/Refund Information
• Checks should be made out to: UNION #74 ADULT
EDUCATION
• Lab / Material fees are due with your registration
form unless otherwise noted.
• There is an additional fee of $5 per course for
non-residents of Union 74 Adult Education
• If a course is filled or if it is canceled, you
will be notified and given a full refund.
• A $5 fee is withheld if you drop a class before
the date of the first class – the remainder will
be refunded by check.
• A credit towards another adult education class
will be issued if you drop a class after the first night
but before the second.
• No refund can be granted for one-session classes
